daivak.com is Daiva Kiniulienė's site. We collect only the data needed to run and improve the site. Questions: labas@daivak.com.
Visiting the site
We use PostHog (EU servers) to count visits, see which activities get used and catch errors. Unless you choose otherwise (see below), this uses no cookies and isn't linked to you.
Your account
When you sign in, we store your name, email address and, if you use Google, your profile picture link. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in.
So we can help when something goes wrong, PostHog also keeps your account ID, name, email address and sign-up date. We handle these and the visit statistics based on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site. If you object, email labas@daivak.com.
Help improve DaivaK (optional)
If you agree, PostHog links your browsing on the site to your account and records your visits. This uses cookies. You can turn this off anytime in your profile; the linked data is then deleted.
What you share
Some activities let you share what you make by a link. We store what you entered, not linked to your account, and anyone with the link can open it. We do this based on our legitimate interest in letting you share. Shared content is deleted automatically after 30 days; to have it removed sooner, email the link to labas@daivak.com.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while you have an account. Recordings are deleted after 30 days. We regularly review older statistics and delete personal data we no longer need. When you delete your account, we also ask PostHog to delete the data linked to it; this can take a little while.
Who helps us
The site runs on services from Convex, Vercel, PostHog, Resend and Google.
Your rights
You can delete your account anytime in your profile. To get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted, email labas@daivak.com. You can also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Lithuania).
